Objective:
To prototype Instrument cluster, Radiator grill, bonnet
grill, ash trey assembly, glove box for a popular SUV.
Brief: Prototypes were required to
validate the design before tooling. The prototypes were
supplied to various tool rooms involved in the project.
Duration:
3 Weeks
Process: From the 3D UniGraphics file .stl
files were obtained. Prototypes were built in various splits
to accommodate in the build platform. They were later glued
using a CynoAcculate glue & were supplied to a customer.
Result: RP helped the manufacturer avoid
costly design mistakes especially in the tooling stage.
