CASE STUDIES

Objective: To produce 50 polyurethane sets for MRI medical system.

Duration: 4 Weeks

Process: SLS – prototypes were used as a master to produce the silicone rubber molds.

Into the silicone rubber molds RIM grade PU material was injected & prototypes obtained. Average through put was about 5 sets of LH & RH covers each day.

The Component dimension of 800x340x260 mm with gluing of metal locks to PU parts posted a challenge. Finally the components were painted before delivering to the customer.

Result: The prototypes were successfully fitted & the machine was sent for testing to various locations worldwide.
