Studies 1
Objective:
To produce (10) vacuum cast polyurethane sets in rubber material
in various shore hardness to arrive at a suitable hardness
for the product – baseball kick.
Duration: 2Weeks
Process: SLA prototypes were used as a master’s
to produce the silicone rubber mold. From the silicone rubber
mold PU parts equivalent to rubber in shore hardness A ranging
from 40 to 80 were obtained.
Result: The various shore hardness prototypes supplied
helped the customer to arrive at the right solution for the
baseball kick stand.
