Vacuum Casting at 3DPD offers an efficient solution for producing high-quality prototypes and small batch runs of plastic parts. Vacuum Casting at 3DPD provides a cost-effective and high quality way for plastic production.

This technology is also known around the world as Silicone Molding or Urethane Casting. All of these Thermoset (gain hard & tough mechanical properties upon heating up) Poly-urethane resins are casted with the help of Silicone Rubber molds to get functional plastic parts subjective to non-aggressive testing.

Our specialised liquid Poly-Urethane resins include ABS, PP, PC, Acrylic, Rubber (with shore hardness from 45A to 85A), High Temp, Nylon, Nylon-GF, FR-grade & Food-grade.

Our Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) service specialises in producing durable and lightweight plastic components through a low-pressure molding process. 3DPD’s RIM is perfect for creating a wide range of parts with excellent surface finishes and structural integrity.

We have served automotive, medical, and industrial customers with our RIM services where strength, quality and flexibility are of prime significance.

Our raw material for this process include Tough ABS/ PP grade & FR-grade Poly-urethane resins.

The most interesting fact about this technology is the ability & flexibility of a choice of Mold used for the production which include Silicone Rubber Mole, ABS plastic machined Mold & a combination of the two as the Hybrid Mold which are capable of manufacturing the quantities from 100 to 2000 & more, along with the Metal Mold which can then deliver up to 10,000 quantities. 3DPD excels in providing the most economical solution to any requirement based on these Mold choices.

Our CNC Router Machine manufacturing services can be developed for a wide range of build volume and materials such as wood, plastics, specially used for Styling Models.

3DPD’s CNC routers are ideal for cutting, drilling, and milling complex shapes with exceptional accuracy. They are designed and manufactured in-house with top quality products providing long-lasting reliability in industrial set-up.

One of the most common usage of this technology is to make a Mold for Vacuum Forming or Thermo-Forming.

4-axis machining capability gives the upper edge of handling complex projects. 

3DPD offers Precision Machining services that deliver tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. Our advanced (HAAS branded) CNC machines are capable of handling a wide range of materials, to produce intricate parts for aerospace, automotive, and medical industries.

We ensure every component meets strict quality standards, providing reliable and high-performance solutions in both – from various Plastic as well as Metal block direct machining by 3/4/5-axes machines.

CNC-machining of Metal blocks is commonly known but we also deliver Plastic block machining of various materials like ABS, Black-ABS, PP, PC, Acrylic, POM, Delrin, Nylon & some special materials like ULTEM, PEEK for high performance applications.

3DPD’s Metal Casting services offer robust solutions for producing metal components with complex geometries. We utilize various casting methods, including

  • Gravity Die Casting, to meet the specific needs of each project.

Our expertise ensures that each cast part delivers excellent mechanical properties, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

DLyte Electro-polishing is an advanced surface finishing & polishing process that uses a combination of electrical currents and a specially formulated electrolyte to smooth and polish metal surfaces.

India’s first DLyte machine at 3DPD ensures uniformity and consistency across complex geometries, providing a superior mirror like finish without altering the part’s dimensions or integrity.

With the help of this amazing technology, we achieve Surface Roughness reduction up to 90% from the input value. For example, if a component has achieved surface roughness of Ra 1 to 2 by machining, then 3DPD provides you those parts with a further surface roughness of Ra 0.1 to 0.2 with the help of our special machine.
